Not able to send mails to hotmail.com -  from Exchange 2007 server  , but we are able to send mail  to other public domain like gmail.com, yahoo.com .and rediff mail.com. except hotmail.com

Did you receive any NDR when mail can not be delivered? If you received it, please post the message here.

According to your description, the message can be sent to other domains except Hotmail domain.

This issue indicated your server IP may be listed on a block list.

Please be more specfic on it. only hotmail.com any error message where user recived. Do you configured any send connectorfor hotmail.com idid you track down the messages whether it has been went from your domain ?
